Important Message for eChat Users

A problem has been identified with the latest version of the Flash Player (version 10) and the Breeze application used for eChat. We ask that eTutoring users not upgrade to Flash Player 10 at this time.

However, if Flash Player 10 is already installed on your machine, you may uninstall it, and install the previous version of the player as follows:

  1. Go to http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1 to download the appropriate Flash Player uninstaller from Adobe. Run this uninstaller.
  2. After you have successfully uninstalled the Flash 10 player, go to http://www.ctdlc.org/help/Install_Flash_Player_9_ActiveX.msi to download the Flash Player 9 for Internet Explorer installer, or http://www.ctdlc.org/help/Install_Flash_Player_9_Plugin.msi for the Flash Player 9 for FireFox installer.
  3. Restart your browser after running the Flash Player 9 installer.

*Please contact the eTutoring Technical Support  if you encounter any issues during this process.
