ClarkCollege has joined forces with The Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium and other Northwest colleges and universities to provide online tutoring assistance to students through eTutoring. All active ClarkCollege students have access to eTutoring’s free online tutoring services in the following areas:

Math (Developmental through Calculus)
Medical Coding
MS Office 2007
Physics
Spanish
Statistics
Web Development (xHTML, CSS, and Adobe Dreamweaver)
Writing
eTutoring Resources
Online Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive your work back with a tutor's response within 24-48 hours.
Live Tutoring via eChat allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual online environment.
Offline Questions allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will respond within 48 hours (but often sooner).
Get ready to use eTutoring - Logging on for the first time
***PLEASE NOTE NEW PASSWORD INSTRUCTIONS BELOW***
To log in, choose ClarkCollege as your institution in the Northwest Consortium dropdown box.
Then, use your Clark College login (first letter of your first name, first four letters of your last name, and last four digits of your SID) as your username, and the letter "t" followed by the last five digits of yourSID as the password on the left side of the page.Make sure to sign in as a student.This will bring up your Account Profile.
Login Example:
George Goodstudent, SID 940-12-3456
Username:ggood3456
Password: t23456
To verify your account you will need to add your SID # as your institutional ID.
You should also change your password at this time.
Finally, please read and accept the eTutoring Terms and Conditions by checking the “I agree to all terms and conditions” box at the bottom of the page.
Once this is completed, you are ready to begin by clicking on one of the eTutoring Resources on the welcome page.
If you choose eChat, colored tutor icons will show which tutors are online.Click on the icon you wish to “chat” with.Note that you must allow pop-ups in the Breeze chat window.
If a tutor isn’t available for eChat, you can leave a message through Offline Questions.
The Weekly Tutor Schedules are available on the lower right hand side of the welcome page.
