North Seattle College is partnering with The Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium to provide online tutoring assistance to students through eTutoring. AllNorth Seattle College students will have access to eTutoring’s free online professional tutoring services in the following areas:
American Sign Language
Anatomy & Physiology
Computer Science (Java & C++ only)
Math (Developmental through Calculus)
Web Development (xHTML, CSS, and Adobe Dreamweaver)
Online Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive your work back with a tutor's response within 24-48 hours.
Live Tutoringvia eChat allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual online environment. Live sessions are offered for Accounting, Calculus, Math, and Statistics.
Offline eQuestions allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will respond within 48 hours (but usually sooner). eQuestions may be submitted for any of the subject areas covered.
How do I sign in?
User name: = Your North Seattle College student ID number Password = SUCCESS (password is case sensitive) Be sure you're logging in as a Student
When you log in for the first time you'll be asked to update your account profile, which includes choosing a new password if you wish.
Please note that you may not be able to access e-tutoring until the end of the second week of each quarter, as students are uploaded at that time to accommodate fluctuations in enrollment.
