To login for the first time:
Username = first name + first letter of last name + last 4 digits of your ctcLink ID
Password = wsuddp
Update your account profile, which includes choosing a new password.
Enter your email address. An email address is needed to use eTutoring. Make sure your email address is accurate or you will not receive tutor responses.
Verify your account by adding your ctcLink ID as your Institutional ID.
Accept the eTutoring Terms and Conditions by checking the box at the bottom of the page.
eTutoring is available for the following subjects:
Accounting / Economics
Algebra / Calculus / Math
American Sign Language (ASL)
Anatomy & Physiology / Biology / Microbiology
Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
Chinese / French / Japanese / Spanish
Engineering (Circuits & Digital Systems)
Microsoft Excel / Office Word / Web Development
Psychology / Sociology
There are three eTutoring Services to choose from:
Online Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive a tutor response within 24-48 hours.
Live Tutoring via eChat allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual online environment. Live eChat sessions are offered in every subject but writing.
Offline eQuestions allows you to leave a specific question for a tutor who will then respond within 48 hours. eQuestions may be submitted for any of the subjects listed above.
Having trouble logging in?
Send your name & ctcLink ID to firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails received after 4 PM Monday-Thursday or after 1:30 PM Friday will be responded to on the next business day.

Note:eTutoring is cross-platform and cross-browser compatible. Your browser must be set to allow pop-ups and you must have the Adobe Flash plug-in installed in order for eChat to work.
The unfortunate yet truly exciting thing about your life is that there is no core curriculum. The entire place is an elective.
