Welcome to Walla Walla Community College's eTutoring site.
Walla Walla Community College has joined the Western eTutoring Consortium, enabling us to provide online tutoring support for all of our students. WWCC students have access to online peer tutoring services in the following areas:
Accounting, Anatomy & Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Economics , Engineering (Circuits and Digital Systems only), English (Writing), Math (including Calculus and Statistics), Microsoft Office, Outpatient Medical Coding, Physics, Spanish, Web Development (xHTML, CSS, and Adobe Dreamweaver)
How to login
The default login is your student ID number (this generally starts with an 814). Your temporary password is the first six letters of your LAST NAME (ALL CAPS). If your name is shorter than six letters, you will repeat until you reach six.
Example: Chamberlin would be CHAMBE and Jones would JONESJ
For login assistance, please contact WWCC Helpdesk: (509) 527-4357 and let them know you are trying to login to the eTutoring site.
Online Writing Lab: The Online Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive a tutor's response within 24-48 hours.
eChat: Live tutoring via eChat allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via eChat, allowing you to interact with the tutor in real time. If you choose eChat, colored icons will show which tutors are online. Click on the icon for the tutor you wish to "chat" with. If a tutor isn't available, you can leave the tutors an eQuestion.
Note that your browser must be set to allow pop-ups in order for eChat to work.
eQuestions: The offline eQuestions allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will then respond within 48 hours. eQuestions may be submitted for any of the subject areas covered.
Evaluate eTutoring Services
Approximately 48 hours after you use an eTutoring tool, you will be sent a brief survey link via email. We ask that you complete this so we can better serve your needs.
