How can I work with the tutors?

* Online eWriting Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor and ask for specific feedback. Tutors respond with comments within 24 to 48 hours.  Tutors identify patterns of errors or weaknesses and explain how to make improvements to your writing.  (You may submit three drafts per paper.)

*Live Tutoring via eChat allows you to chat online with a tutor. Please disable your computer’s popup blocker for the eChat to work.

* Off- line eQuestions allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will respond within 48 hours (but usually sooner).

At the bottom right on the home page there are How to Guides that teach you how to use the above resources.
