Welcome RTC Students! Follow these steps to log in to eTutoring:
1. ENTER YOUR USERNAME:
Your username is your RTC student email. If you need help accessing your student email, visit: www.rtc.edu/email
2. ENTER YOUR PASSWORD.:
Your temporary password for etutoring is: Renton11
Username and password are case-sensitive.
3. SELECT THE USER TYPE "STUDENT"
4. CLICK "SIGN-IN"
Note: When you log in the first time, you'll be asked to update your account profile, which includes choosing a new password. Please change your password at this time.
Online Writing Lab: allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive your work back with a tutor's response within 24-48 hours.
Live Tutoring via eChat: allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual environment. It's best to have a headset with a microphone when using eChat - this allows you to talk with the tutor while you work. Live sessions are offered for every subject except writing.
eQuestions: allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will respond within 48 hours (but usually sooner). eQuestions may be submitted for any of the subject areas covered.

If you have technical issues with the site, (not including login issues) please visit tech support at the following web site: https://www.etutoring.org/support/index.cfm. Tech support can help you make sure your computer is ready for eTutoring. However, they CANNOT help you with login and password issues. For login issues, contact Anthony Covington by send an email from your RTC student account with your first and last name to firstname.lastname@example.org. Anthony will reply to your email with login instructions.
